The University of Worcester is seeking a Digital Designer to join its Digital Communications team. We’re looking for a creative designer who is confident producing a range of digital assets, including HTML5 based display ads, HTML emails, and social media ads. You’ll work collaboratively to generate attention-grabbing ideas, taking a positive approach that encourages creativity to flourish. Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential in this role, as well as a proactive attitude to problem solving and learning new skills.

Salary: £22,417 to £25,941 per annum

Working independently and with others you’ll research, produce and pitch initial creative concepts for student recruitment campaigns. At other times you’ll follow design briefs, managing feedback and working iteratively to develop concepts through to final sign-off. You’ll also support the wider work of the Communications and Participation Department.

The Communications and Participation Department is responsible for external and internal communication at the University of Worcester with the aim of driving applications and building the reputation of the Institution amongst a variety of stakeholders. It is an exciting time for the Communications team. With changes in the sector, increased competition and a desire to raise the bar, we are looking for outstanding people who can help us deliver our mission of transforming lives through inspired teaching and research.
